AI ENGINEERING INTERN

OVERVIEW
I built GPT-4o-powered systems for persona-based analysis of structured sales and advertising data. My main focus was developing a multi-agent LLM backend that processed reports from platforms like Amazon and delivered real-time, context-aware insights using PostgreSQL and OpenAI models. This role deepened my practical skills in LLM integration, data handling, MCP servers, and prompt engineering.

IMPACT AND ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Developed an MCP server linking GPT-4o with PostgreSQL, allowing live querying of large-scale data.
  • Built a multi-agent GPT-4o system, improving response accuracy and speed by 80% through task specialization.
  • Applied advanced prompt engineering techniques to enhance response relevance and consistency.

    OVERVIEW
    IEEE-VIT is one of the most active IEEE chapters in Region 10, focused on "Advancing Humanity through Technology." As a senior core member, I contributed to both the technical and management domains, gaining hands-on experience through events, hackathons, and project-based learning. The chapter provided a strong platform to grow as both an engineer and a leader.



    IMPACT AND ACHIEVEMENTS

    • Directed technical initiatives across workshops, competitions, and project cycles across multiple domains.
    • Created and maintained multiple open-source projects on the IEEE-VIT’s Github page.
    • Published multiple technical articles (60+ reads) via the club’s Medium publication.


      • SOFTWARE DEVELOPER (INDEPENDANT)

      @Indian Army Aviation Corps (Volunteer Contribution)

      OVERVIEW
      Worked directly with officers and technicians from the Indian Army Aviation Corps to understand on-ground challenges in helicopter rotor balancing. Built a specialized tool tailored to their needs, helping reduce workload, error, and time in a mission-critical maintenance task.



      IMPACT AND ACHIEVEMENTS

      • Built and deployed a Rotor Vibration Weight Calculator used in active Cheetah and Chetak helicopter maintenance operations.
      • Automated optimal counterweight selection in <1 second, replacing manual trial-and-error methods.
      • Tool supports both Main and Tail Rotor configurations, improving efficiency and accuracy.
      • Received an official letter of appreciation from the Army Aviation Corps for the successful deployment and impact of the tool. (View Appreciation Letter)
